These are the questions businesses actually ask us before signing a cleaning agreement in Rose Bay NSW 2029 — what it costs, what the contract commits you to, who is walking through your premises at 6am, and what happens when something is missed. Servicing Rose Bay 2029 and surrounds, we answer all of it in writing before you commit to anything.
If your question is not covered here, call 1300 494 983 or send it through the contact form and we will answer it directly rather than sending a brochure.
Pricing and quotes
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Rose Bay?
Ongoing contracts run $30 to $45 per hour across Rose Bay 2029, and one-off or deep cleans $40 to $50 per hour. Frequency, floor area, wet-area count, access difficulty and specialist scope decide where a site lands. Every client receives a fixed price per visit in writing after a free walkthrough.
Do you charge for a quote or a site inspection?
No. Walkthroughs and quotes are free and the quote is itemised room by room so you can compare it line for line against any other bid rather than comparing two headline numbers.
Why do harbourside sites sometimes cost more than inland ones?
Salt film on glass and stainless needs a higher detailing frequency, and sand tracked in from Lyne Park and the foreshore path adds floor and matting work. Those are genuine extra minutes on site, so we price them rather than promising an inland rate and then cutting the scope to fit.
Are prices different in Vaucluse, Watsons Bay, Rose Bay North or Diamond Bay?
No. One crew covers the whole eastern harbour circuit, so the same rate card applies across all of them. Operators with sites in more than one of those suburbs get portfolio pricing on a single agreement.
Is GST included in the quoted figure?
Quotes show the ex-GST amount and the GST-inclusive total side by side, so the number you approve is the number you are invoiced.
Contracts and terms
Do you use lock-in contracts?
No. Every agreement is month to month with thirty days written notice either way. We would rather hold the account by performing than by relying on a termination clause.
Can we change the scope once we have started?
Yes. Scopes are living documents — add a room, change frequency, bring quarterly carpet extraction into the program. The scope is re-issued in writing, the fixed monthly price is recalculated, and the change applies from the next cycle.
What happens if a clean is not up to standard?
Flag it and the missed line item is corrected on your next scheduled visit. Repeated issues trigger a supervisor site review, and because terms are month to month you are never trapped with a provider that cannot fix the problem.
Can one agreement cover several sites?
Yes. Operators running multiple premises across the 2029 and 2030 postcodes get one agreement, one invoice and portfolio pricing that usually lands five to ten percent under separately quoted sites.
Staff, insurance and access
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Every cleaner holds a current national police check before their first shift on any Rose Bay site. Childcare, school and education sites additionally require a NSW Working With Children Check, verified and copied to your service records.
What insurance does Pro Clean Corp carry?
We hold $20 million public liability insurance, workers compensation and professional indemnity. Certificates of currency are supplied with the quote and provided directly to strata managers, landlords and building managers on request.
Will we get the same cleaners each visit?
Yes. A consistent team of one to three cleaners is assigned to your site and inducted on your access, alarms and scope. Planned absences are notified in advance and covered by a cleared replacement, never an unvetted casual.
How do you handle keys, alarm codes and building access?
Keys and remotes are logged under a signed register, alarm codes are stored encrypted and restricted to your assigned team, and entry and exit are logged each visit. Where the site sits inside a residential or mixed-use building we agree noise windows, lift bookings and waste routes with the building manager before the first shift.
Where is your office and do you have a Rose Bay address?
Our head office is 77 Garfield Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145 and the contact number is 1300 494 983. We do not claim a shopfront in Rose Bay we do not have — what we do have is a crew that works the eastern harbour circuit every day, which is what actually matters for response time.
Services and premises types
What kinds of premises do you clean in Rose Bay?
Offices and professional suites, medical and allied health rooms, cafes and restaurants, retail and boutiques, childcare services, gyms and boutique fitness studios, strata common areas, and the marina and club facilities on the waterfront. We also handle commercial end of lease and make-good cleans.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Almost always. Offices and clinics are typically serviced from 5.30pm or before 7.30am, hospitality from 4.30am or after close, gyms overnight, and retail before opening. Standard weekday evening and early morning work carries no after-hours loading.
Do you provide periodic services like carpet and floor work?
Yes — carpet steam extraction, hard floor strip and seal, internal window cleaning, terrace and deck pressure washing, and post-construction cleans. These are quoted as scheduled jobs outside the regular rate so they stay visible and budgetable.
Can you service a very small site?
Yes. A lot of Rose Bay commercial stock is boutique — a two-person suite, a single treatment room, a small strata lobby. Those are priced as a fixed cost per visit rather than an hourly minimum you have to pad out.
Standards and products
What products do you use?
High-touch and clinical surfaces are treated with TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectants at labelled dwell times. General areas use commercial-grade, low-odour products, with fragrance-free and low-tox options for childcare and sensitive environments. Safety data sheets are filed on site.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
Colour-coded microfibre and dedicated mop systems mean bathroom cloths never touch a kitchen bench, and clinical areas never share equipment with amenities. In gyms and wet areas the change room system is kept entirely separate from the training floor.
Do you provide documentation for audits and accreditation?
Yes. You receive the written scope, product register with TGA listing numbers and safety data sheets, staff clearance confirmations, signed visit logs and a monthly supervisor audit with photographs. Medical practices and early learning services use that pack directly as accreditation evidence.
Are your cleaning methods environmentally responsible?
We use concentrated dilution systems to cut plastic waste, microfibre rather than disposable cloths, and low-toxicity products wherever the hygiene requirement allows. On waterfront sites we use drainage-appropriate products because run-off goes straight into the harbour.
